The Personal Librarian is a historical fictionalized telling of the lifework of Belle da Costa Greene, the personal librarian to J.P. Morgan, as well as the first director of the Morgan Library & Museum. Co-written by Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murray, this book, published in 2021, was nominated by the Goodreads Choice for Best Historical Fiction.
