Are you a reader? Do you love language and words? Then join us for a visit to Planet Word, an immersive language experience located at the historic Franklin School in Washington, D.C. Planet Word is a voice-activated museum (the world’s first!), and the interactive galleries and exhibits bring words and language to life in all sorts of fun ways.

We will head to nearby Devon & Blakely, a casual cafe with a variety of soups, sandwiches and salads, for an optional lunch.
Please arrive promptly at 10:45 am, since we have timed tickets for entry at 11:00 am.
The registration fee includes payment for the timed tickets. The fee is not refundable.
