Guests will gain confidence in incorporating herbs and spices into their own home cooking.  Three vegan and gluten-free recipes will be prepared:  Turkish Red Lentil Soup with Urfa Peper and Spearmint, Moroccan Cauliflower Salad with Chermoula and Nigella Seeds, and Chai (Indian Spiced Tea) with Ginger and Cardamon.
