Welcome to the Minneapolis/St Paul Chapter
The Four Habits of Hope Life transitions are many even in good times and the past few years they’ve been in abundance! The Pandemic confronted us with trauma generated from events out of our control. As we’ve coped with societal and other multiple changes, our emotions may have been more foreign and unpredictable than ever.
Even positive events that we celebrate typically bring a few new absences in our lives, removing some of our long-held hopes in their wake. How do we ride the waves of change when coping with loss? It lies in finding the brilliance of resilience and a commitment to generating new hopes when previous ones may no longer be available.
Susan Zimmerman will share her “Four Habits of HOPE,” which are now in a bestselling book. She will share several ways to honor our experiences that light the way to encouragement and renewed well-being. Join us to see how Susan makes your brain hang on to therapeutic tips using visual cues, word views, and rhyming clues. Register Here/More Info
