Many of us have heard about plant-based eating and realize that it is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle, but don't really know what it means....and what it tastes like. Now's your chance to dive in and find out for yourself what it is all about. Roll up your sleeves, put your apron on and join other Women's Connection members to spend a few hours making plant-based dishes and then sit down together to enjoy the results of your healthy culinary labors!
The Vetri Community Partnership's Teaching Kitchen is a 2,000-square-foot facility, equipped with cooking stations with high-quality cooking equipment and tools. A team of trained culinary and nutrition educators will first give us an overview of plant-based cooking then divide us in to teams, each working on one of the five recipes which they have selected for us, under their guidance.
Once all the dishes have been created, we will get back together to enjoy a nutritious lunch of our delicious plant-based creations...and go home with recipes in hand!
Please note that cancellations are accepted through 5/26/25. Should you need to cancel by that date, you will be issued a credit to your WC account for future purchases.
Also note that this class is repeated on Thurs. 5/29/25.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.
No refunds are available to members or non-members after the cancellation deadline.
