About this event
We are excited to offer three panelists who will each use her own expertise to guide us as we seek to enhance our own health!
Emily Franklin: "My focus will be on natural and non-invasive treatments to support overall health and well-being."
Karen Lubin: "Expect to gain an empowered perspective on aging, a deeper understanding of how culture and mindset shape our health, and concrete exercises you can use immediately to build strength, stability, and confidence in your body. This session is about redefining what’s possible—with tools that meet you exactly where you are."
Diann Taylor: "We will consider these questions: What is mental health? What are some common challenges to our mental health? And we will discuss and practice a few skills which help us to improve the care of our own mental health."
