The writing SIG is reorganizing. We are a small group interested in sharing our writing and encouraging each other to accomplish our individual goals.

Join fellow writers at the Shoreview Library's monthly Writing Circle! Whether you're working on a novel, memoir, short stories, or poetry, this supportive community welcomes writers of all levels and genres.

Our informal gatherings provide a space to share your work, receive constructive feedback, and connect with other local writers. Bring your current project, writing materials, and an open mind. We foster a welcoming environment where creativity flourishes and writers can develop their craft together.

No registration required - simply drop in and become part of our growing writing community. From brainstorming sessions to gentle critiques, we're here to support your writing journey.

The group is open to new members so be informed about upcoming meetings by joining the group using the instructions above.

Eight women met together to explore writing on May 27 at the Shoreview Library. We meet on the last Tuesday of each month from 10:30-12 or 12:30 pm. The next meeting on June 24 will be held at the Shoreview Library Small Conference Room. We are considering moving our meetings around to include meeting in women’s homes.
