Museum of Indian Arts & Culture has debuted a traveling exhibition that features more than 100 historic and contemporary works in clay. The exhibition offers a visionary understanding of Pueblo pots as vessels of community-based knowledge and personal experience. The level of personal connections and Indigenous cultural knowledge are the driving force behind Grounded in Clay. We will meet for lunch at the Museum Hill Café followed by a visit to the museum. Museum has free admission for seniors and NM residents! Register by September 15 so reservations can be made. Open to TTN members and non-members. Bring a friend! If questions, contact Sue Benedict at (818) 522-7115 and leave a message.
